中药肾衰1号对腹膜透析猫残存肾功能保护作用研究

摘　　要：为了了解中药肾衰1号对腹膜透析猫残存功能的作用,试验将20只慢性肾衰腹膜透析患猫随机分成A、B两组,每组10只。A组采取腹膜透析治疗+西医基础治疗+中药肾衰1号治疗,B组采取腹膜透析治疗+西医基础治疗;另取健康猫10只作为对照组,未给予任何药物治疗。通过检测血液中肌酐、尿素氮、白蛋白浓度,并计算肾小球滤过率及观察临床疗效来研究肾衰1号在腹膜透析治疗过程中对患猫残存肾功能的保护作用。结果表明:中药肾衰1号能明显改善腹膜透析患猫血液指标和肾小球滤过率,并具有较好的疗效。治疗后两组肾小球滤过率均比治疗前有所提高,分别为(1.27±0.91)mL/(min·kg)和(1.24±0.59)mL/(min·kg),两组治疗后肾小球滤过率差异显著(P<0.05),A组升高幅度优于B组;治疗后A组的肌酐、尿素氮浓度显著低于B组(P<0.05),而白蛋白浓度显著高于B组(P<0.05)。A组肌酐、尿素氮浓度降低幅度高于B组,A组白蛋白浓度升高幅度高于B组。两组治疗的总有效率分别是70%和50%,A组有效率高于B组。说明中药肾衰1号具有良好的保护腹膜透析患猫残存肾功能的作用。In order to understand the effect of Chinese medicine Kidney Failure No.1 on residual renal function in peritoneal dialysis cat, 20 cats with chronic kidney disease undergoing peritoneal dialysis were randomly divided into groups A and B,with 10 cats in each group. Group A was treated with peritoneal dialysis+Western medicine+Chinese medicine Kidney Failure No.1,group B was treated with peritoneal dialysis+ Western medicine. Another 10 healthy cats were taken as the control group without any medicine. The protection effect of Kidney Failure No.1 on the residual renal function of cats with peritoneal dialysis was studied by measuring the concentrations of creatinine, urea nitrogen and albumin in blood, estimating the glomerular filtration rate and observing the clinical efficacy. The results showed that Chinese medicine Kidney Failure No.1 could improve the blood indexes and glomerular filtration rate of cats with peritoneal dialysis, which got good therapeutic effect. After the treatment, the glomerular filtration rate of the two groups was higher than that before treatment, which were(1.27±0.91) mL/(min·kg) and(1.24±0.59) mL/(min·kg) respectively;there was significant difference in glomerular filtration rate between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);the increase of glomerular filtration rate in group A was higher than that of group B. After the treatment, the concentrations of creatinine and urea nitrogen in group A decreased significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05);while the concentrations of albumin in group A increased significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05). The decrease of creatinine and urea nitrogen concentration in group A was higher than that in group B, and the increase of albomin concentration in group A was higher than that in group B.The total effective rates of the two groups were 70% and 50%, respectively, the effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B.
