摘  要:为了确定宁夏某地区羔羊小反刍兽疫疫苗最佳首免日龄,有效防控本地区小反刍兽疫,试验从4个羊场(2个山羊场、2个绵羊场)羊只中各随机选择体重相近的8月龄后备母羊10只及其生产的出生(7±1)日龄羔羊各10只同时免疫,并在免疫后的第21天开始对试验母羊使用小反刍兽疫液相阻断ELISA诊断试剂盒进行跟踪抗体检测,每隔7 d检测1次,共检测4次,比较疫苗免疫后的效果、试验母羊不同品种间抗体水平及抗体抑制率的差异。分别于试验母羊产下羔羊第7,14,21,28天采集羔羊全血分离血清后进行抗体水平检测,分析羔羊母源抗体消长趋势和种间母源抗体差异。从试验羊场中随机选取一个羊场,在母羊产前15天检测其体内抗体水平,之后与羔羊出生7 d后的抗体水平进行对比,以了解母羊与羔羊抗体抑制率的相关性。在羔羊出生后的第29天,对其免疫小反刍兽疫活疫苗,抽取羔羊免疫后第7,14,21,28天的全血,分离血清后进行抗体检测,分析免疫疫苗后羔羊不同品种间抗体水平及抗体抑制率的差异及免疫后的效果。结果表明:免疫后第7天,有67.5%的母羊抗体为阳性,免疫后第28天母羊整体抗体阳性率为100%。两个品种母羊羊群在免疫后第28天全部产生了抗体,但免疫后第7,14,21天,山羊母羊的抗体阳性率比绵羊高,小反刍兽疫疫苗对山羊母羊的群体免疫效果要优于绵羊。免疫后第7,14,21,28天山羊和绵羊母羊的抗体抑制率均逐渐升高,且山羊的抗体抑制率均大于绵羊。出生第7天的羔羊体内均含有小反刍兽疫母源抗体,而且抗体水平较高,有保护作用,随着日龄的增加,抗体水平开始明显下降,在第21~28天时,羔羊体内的抗体已不具保护作用。说明母源抗体对羔羊的保护时间比较短,且山羊与绵羊母羊抗体保护水平存在差异,建议绵羊羔羊小反刍兽疫的首免日龄为14~21日龄,山羊羔羊小反刍兽疫的首�In order to determine the best age for the first vaccination against peste des petits ruminants for lambs in a certain area of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and to effectively prevent and control peste des petits ruminants in this area, ten eight-mouth-old ewes of similar body weight and its ten lambs of similar birth(seven +one) days of age were randomly selected from four sheep farms(two goat farms and two sheep farms) and immunized at the same time in the experiment, and used the peste des petits ruminant blocking ELISA kit to monitor and analyze the antibody level of peste des petits ruminants in ewes on 21 days after immunization;the test was carried out once every seven days for a total of four tests to compare the effect of vaccine immunization, the difference in antibody levels and antibody inhibition rates between different breeds of test ewes. On 7, 14, 21, 28 days after the test ewes gave birth to lambs, the whole blood of the lamb was collected and the serum was separated and the antibody level was detected to analyze the trend of lamb maternal antibody growth and decline and the differences of maternal antibody between species. A random sheep farm was selected from the experimental sheep farm, and the antibody level of the ewes was detected 15 days before delivery, and then compared with the antibody level of the lamb 7 days after birth to understand the correlation between the antibody inhibition rate of the ewes and the lambs. On the 29 th day after birth, the lamb was immunized with a live peste des petits ruminant vaccine;the whole blood of lambs on 7, 14, 21, 28 days after immunization was collected, and antibody testing after serum separation was performed to analyze the differences in antibody levels and antibody inhibition rates between different breeds of lambs after immunization and the effects after immunization.
