摘 要:为了分析VEO-馥力康(一种能够控制释放速度的姜黄素)对成年比格犬健康状况的影响,试验将20只体重为8~11 kg、5岁左右的雄性健康比格犬平均分为2组,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)和添加了0.024%VEO-馥力康的试验日粮(VEO-馥力康添加组),预试期7 d,正试期56 d,试验期间观察犬只精神状态,记录采食量,计算平均日采食量;试验开始和结束时对犬只进行称重,分析体重变化情况;并对其血常规及血清生化指标(球蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、钙、丙二醛含量及天门冬氨酸转移酶、碱性磷酸酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性)进行测定。结果表明:与对照组比较,VEO-馥力康添加组犬只更为活泼;平均日采食量差异不显著(P>0.05);血红蛋白浓度、血细胞比容、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度显著升高(P<0.05),总胆固醇含量降低但差异不显著(P>0.05);三酰甘油含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性显著升高(P<0.05);丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与试验前比较,试验后VEO-馥力康添加组犬只体重增长速度显著提高(P<0.05);血红蛋白浓度、血细胞比容、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度显著上升(P<0.05),血小板数目极显著上升(P<0.01);VEO-馥力康添加组犬只超氧化物歧化酶活性显著上升(P<0.05),总胆固醇含量显著下降(P<0.05),三酰甘油含量极显著上升(P<0.01),丙二醛含量极显著下降(P<0.01),天门冬氨酸转移酶活性降低但差异不显著(P>0.05)。对照组犬只试验前后所有血常规指标和血清生化指标均差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明VEO-馥力康能够促进比格犬血红蛋白合成,调节比格犬脂肪代谢模式,激活体内抗氧化系统,同时对肝脏具有一定保护作用。In order to analyze the effect of VEO-FORCE(a curcumin that controls the release rate) on the health status of adult Beagle canines, the experiment divided 20 adult male healthy Beagle canines about 5 years old and weighing about 8-11 kg into two groups. They were fed with ordinary diet(control group) and diets supplemented with 0.024% curcumin(curcumin supplementation group), respectively. the pre-test period was seven days, and the trial period was 56 days. During the test period, the Beagle canines’ mental status and fecal status were observed, and the feed intake was recorded, the average intake was calculated. The Beagle canines were weighed at the beginning and end of the experiment to analyze the change of body weight.The contents of globulin, total protein, albumin, total cholesterol, triacylglycerol, calcium, malondialdehyde and the activities of aspartate transferase, alkaline phosphatase and superoxide dismutase in serum were determined. The results showed that compared with the control group, the Beagle canines fed VEO-FORCE were more active, the average daily feed intake of the two groups of dogs was not significantly different(P>0.05),the hemoglobin concentration, hematocrit and mean hemoglobin concentration of VEO-FORCE supplemental group were significantly increased(P<0.05), while the total cholesterol content was decreased, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);the content of triacylglycerol and superoxide dismutase activity were significantly increased(P<0.05);the content of malondialdehyde was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the beginning of the test, the body weight of the beagle dogs fed VEO-FORCE increased significantly(P<0.05);the hemoglobin concentration, hematocrit, and mean RBC hemoglobin concentration increased significantly(P<0.05);and the number of platelets was extremely significant increased(P<0.01);the superoxide dismutase activity of Beagle canines in the VEO-FORCE supplementation group increased significantly(P<0.05), the total cholesterol content was sig
