摘 要:基于H_(2)SO_(4)溶液浸渍法改性氢氧化钛(Ti(OH)_(4))和氢氧化锆(Zr(OH)_(4))制备了SO_(4)^(2-)/TiO_(2)和SO_(4)^(2-)/ZrO_(2)固体超强酸催化剂。利用XRD、N_(2)-物理吸附、FT-IR和NH3-TPD技术对催化剂的微观结构及酸性质进行了表征。并将其用于麻疯树籽油酯交换生产生物柴油反应,测试其催化活性和产物选择性。结果表明,硫酸改性后的催化剂表现出更高的催化活性,主要归功于催化剂的强酸性和大比表面积促进了酯交换反应。Firstly,SO_(4)^(2-)/TiO_(2) and SO_(4)^(2-)/ZrO_(2) solid superacid catalysts were synthesized through the Ti(OH)_(4) and Zr(OH)_(4) impregnated in H_(2)SO_(4) solution,respectively.Secondly,the microstructure and acid properties of the catalysts were characterized by XRD,N_(2) physical adsorption,FT-IR and NH3-TPD.Furthermore,the catalysts were used in the transesterification of Jatropha curcas seed oil(JO) to produce biodiesel,and its catalytic activity and biodiesel selectivity were analyzed.The results showed that the sulfated metal oxides catalysts exhibited better catalytic activity owing to the strong acidity and large specific surface area,which could promote the transesterification of JO.
