摘　　要：在垃圾场的卸料工序中,通常会通过垃圾车倒车撞击车挡的方式进行卸料,这种卸料方式会缩短垃圾车的使用寿命。为改善这种情况,设计一种垃圾辅助卸料设备,该设备由架体、移动装置及卸料装置组成,移动装置可通过PLC控制实现三坐标内的位置集成运动,使卸料装置移动到所需位置。在垃圾处理厂的运行过程中,随着管理的规范化推进,辅助卸料设备的研究与使用将会成为重要的课题,不仅能够降低垃圾车的维护保养成本,还能够提升垃圾处理厂的整体运行水平。垃圾辅助卸料设备将成为垃圾处理厂升级改造的一个重要应用点。In the unloading process of garbage dump,the garbage truck is usually unloaded by reversing and hitting the bumper,which will shorten the service life of garbage truck.To improve this situation,the auxiliary unloading equipment for garbage is designed,which is composed of a frame,a moving device and an unloading device,and there into,moving device can achieve position integrated movement in three coordinates through PLC control to move the unloading device to the desired position.In the operation of garbage treatment plant,with the standardization of management,the research and use of auxiliary unloading equipment will become an important topic,as it cannot only reduce maintenance cost of garbage truck,but also improve overall operation level of garbage treatment plant.Auxiliary unloading equipment for garbage will become an important application point for upgrading and transformation of garbage treatment plant.
