摘  要:针对国外高空作业平台结构件转移至国内生产,需要进行公英制设计图纸转化的问题,通过钢板材料和钢板厚度公英制转化分析及产品设计实践经验,提出了转化准则:1)转化后的(选取的国内材料牌号)材料屈服强度应接近或者高于美国材料标准;2)要求钢板厚度标准尺寸(转化后的钢板厚度公称尺寸)与计算尺寸(英制钢板厚度公称尺寸换算为公制尺寸)之差在±2%内;3)由于高空作业平台的特殊性(安全及稳定性),钢板厚度标准尺寸与计算尺寸差值超过±2%时需进行强度校核计算,转换后还需进行整机稳定性计算。以国外某高空作业平台转移至国内生产为实例,对结构件钢板材料和钢板厚度公英制转化,并进行了强度校核(有限元计算)及稳定性计算。转化实例表明转化准则可行,转化后的高空作业平台安全可靠。In view of the need for inch-to-metric conversion of design drawings arising from transfer of structural members of foreign aerial work platform to domestic production,through the analysis of inchto-metric conversion of materials and thicknesses of steel plates,the conversion criteria are proposed as follows:1)the yield strengths of converted(selected domestic material codes)materials shall be close to or higher than the American material standard;2)the difference between standard thicknesses(nominal thicknesses of converted steel plates)and calculated dimensions(metric dimension converted from inch nominal thickness of steel plates)of steel plates shall be within±2%;3)due to the particularity(safety and stability)of the aerial work platform,where the difference between standard thicknesses of steel plates and calculated dimensions exceeds±2%,strength check and calculation would be required,as well as overall stability calculation after conversion.Taking the transfer of a foreign aerial work platform to domestic production as an example,materials and thicknesses of steel plates for structural members are converted from inch to metric,and strength check(finite element calculation)and stability calculation are carried out.The conversion example shows that the proposed conversion criteria are feasible,and the converted aerial work platform is safe and reliable.
