浅析挖掘机支撑座孔及轴套磨损故障处理

摘  要:针对某挖掘机动臂与斗杆铰接处的斗杆支撑座孔和轴套磨损及窜套故障进行原因分析,并对故障斗杆支撑座孔和轴套内外径尺寸变化量进行检测。分析和检测数据表明,轴套和支撑座孔的过盈配合被破坏,导致窜套现象并引起支撑座孔和轴套磨损。提出斗杆2个下盖板搭接整体拼焊结构、增加润滑脂注油孔、调整支撑座孔与轴套的过盈量、调整轴套与销轴配合间隙及将斗杆支撑座孔表面粗糙度由原设计Ra3.2提高至Ra1.6的综合改进措施。改进后的挖掘机动臂与斗杆铰接点,经现场使用验证,取得了良好的应用效果,并应用于其他机型。The causes of wear of arm bracket and pivot sleeve at the articulation between boom and arm of an excavator and fault of sleeve offset are analyzed,and the changes of internal and external diameters of the failed arm bracket and pivot sleeve are tested.The analysis and test data show that the interference fit between pivot sleeve and bracket is damaged,resulting in sleeve offset and wear of bracket and pivot sleeve.Comprehensive improvement measures such as lapping two lower cover plates of arm with overall tailor welded structure,increasing grease filling holes,adjusting interference between bracket and pivot sleeve,adjusting fit clearance between pivot sleeve and pin,and improving surface roughness of bracket of arm from original Ra3.2 to Ra1.6 are proposed.The improved articulation between boom and arm of the excavator has been verified by field application,which has achieved good application effects and has been applied to other models.
