摘 要:采用聚醚多元醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为基材合成了聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体,通过物理力学性能和动态力学性能测试研究了多元醇、异氰酸根(—NCO)、扩链剂对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响以及有机微球填料对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:多元醇选用PTMG—1000与PPG-210,其质量比为60∶40时弹性体具有良好的阻尼性能。随着预聚体中—NCO含量增加,材料的强度以及刚性增大,但柔顺性降低,阻尼性能也逐渐降低,当—NCO质量分数为5%时,材料的阻尼性能最好。扩链剂BDO与TMP并用时,随着TMP用量增加,材料的阻尼性能提高。适量有机微球的加入可明显改善聚氨酯材料的阻尼性能。The polyether polyurethane elastomer was synthesized using polyether polyol and diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)as the base materials.The effects of polyol,isocyanate(—NCO)and chain extenders on the properties of polyurethane elastomers and the effect of organic microsphere fillers on the properties of composite materials were studied by tests of physical and mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties.The results showed that when PTMG-1000 and PPG-210 were selected as polyols,and their mass ratio was 60∶40,the elastomer had good damping performance.With the—NCO content in the prepolymer increase,the strength and rigidity of the materials were increased,but the flexibility was decreased and the damping performance was gradually decreased.When the mass fraction of—NCO was 5%,the damping performance of the material was the best.When chain extender BDO and TMP were used together,with the TMP amount increase,the damping performance of the material was improved.The addition of an appropriate amount of organic microspheres could significantly improve the damping performance of polyurethane materials.
