摘　　要：以干性长油度醇酸树脂为主要成膜物质,加入适量的缓蚀剂丙烯海松酸(乙二胺)酰胺(APAA-DEA)及其他助剂,制备了松香基醇酸树脂磁漆。采用极化曲线、交流阻抗技术及盐雾试验等研究了APAA-DEA用量对长油度醇酸树脂磁漆防腐性能的影响。结果表明,加入0.3 g APAA-DEA时,涂层的腐蚀电流较低,腐蚀电位及保护效率,阻抗弧、涂层的硬度和附着力均较高,且涂层表干、实干时间缩短。盐雾试验测试结果与电化学测试一致,涂层防腐蚀性能明显提高。The rosin-based alkyd resin enamel paint was prepared using the drying long oil alkyd resin as the main film-forming substance,adding appropriate amount of corrosion inhibitor acrylpimaric acid(ethylenediamine)amide(APAA-DEA)and other additives.The effect of APAA-DEA amount on the corrosion resistance of long oil alkyd resin enamel paint was investigated using polarization curve,AC impedance technique and salt spray fog test.The results showed that when 0.3 g APAA-DEA was added,the corrosion current of the coating was lower,the corrosion potential and protection efficiency,resistance arc,hardness and adhesion of the coating were higher,and the surface drying and drying time of the coating were shortened.The test results of the salt spray test were consistent with the electrochemical test,and the corrosion resistance of the coating was significantly improved.
