摘  要:采用木质素和聚乙烯醇缩醛合成了改性酚醛树脂,再将其与丁苯胶乳和丙烯酸胶乳混合制备了胶粘剂,将其涂布在耐水砂纸纸基上。通过纸张强度和吸水率测定研究了胶乳用量,木质素酚化温度对纸张性能的影响以及胶粘剂对不同纸张的增强效果。结果表明胶粘剂的最佳制备条件如下:木质素的酚化温度65℃,木质素改性酚醛树脂与丁苯胶乳和丙烯酸胶乳的质量比5.0∶0.8∶3.2,上胶率12%~18%,160℃下固化10 min此时砂纸性能最佳,湿拉伸强度大于5 kN·m^(-1),吸水率小于0.040 g·m^(-2)·s^(-1)。用于不同纸基时砂纸的湿拉伸强度、吸水率及Z-向拉伸强度均有较大提高。The modified phenolic resin was synthesized using lignin and polyvinyl acetal,and then mixed with styrene butadiene latex and acrylic latex to prepare an adhesive.The adhesive was coated on a water-resistant sandpaper paper base.By testing the paper strength and water absorption,the effect of lignin latex amount and phenolization temperature on paper properties and the strengthening effect of adhesives on different papers were studied.The results showed that the sandpaper had the best performance when the preparation conditions of the adhesive were as follows:phenolization temperature of lignin 65℃,mass ratio of lignin-modified phenolic resin to styrene butadiene latex and acrylic latex 5.0∶0.8∶3.2,sizing rate 12%-18%,and curing at 160℃for 10 min.The wet tensile strength was greater than 5 kN·m^(-1),and the water absorption was less than 0.040 g·m^(-2)·s^(-1).When used on different paper bases,the wet tensile strength,water absorption and Z-direction tensile strength of sandpaper were greatly improved.
