“四全媒体”视域下高校图书馆学科馆员胜任力素质优化策略

摘　　要：以全程媒体、全息媒体、全员媒体、全效媒体为核心的四全媒体是媒体融合发展的必然趋势,四全媒体时代高校图书馆知识服务的质量效益在很大程度上取决于学科馆员胜任力的素质。在论述四全媒体对高校图书馆学科馆员胜任力的影响基础上,从科研素质、全媒体素质、参考咨询素质、数据获取与利用素质等方面分析高校图书馆学科馆员四全媒体胜任力素质现实要求,提出高校图书馆学科馆员应努力做不忘初心的科研型馆员、技术精湛的全媒体馆员、响应迅速的咨询型馆员与精益求精的数据型馆员,推动高校图书馆实现基于四全媒体的学科服务转型。The four omnimedia with the whole course media, holographic media, full staff media and full-effect media as the core is the inevitable trend of the development of media integration. In the era of the four omnimedia, the quality and benefit of knowledge service in university libraries largely depends on the competence quality of subject librarians. Based on the discussion of four omnimedia’s impact on the competence quality of subject librarians in university libraries, the paper analyzes the realistic requirement for the competence quality of subject librarians in university libraries from the aspects of scientific research quality, all the media quality, reference quality, data acquisition and use quality, put forwards that subject librarians in university libraries should make great efforts to be scientific research librarians not forgetting initial intention, technically skilled all-media librarians, responsive consulting librarians and excellent data type librarians, so as to promote the subject service transformation of university library based on the four omnimedia.
