摘  要:随着建筑节能减排理念日益深入人心,装配式钢结构超低能耗建筑备受关注。本文基于某装配式钢结构超低能耗建筑,研究了建筑气密性材料的工作原理及技术特点,总结分析了气密性施工工艺和常见施工问题。通过采用防水隔汽膜/防水透汽膜等气密性材料,极大地提高装配式钢结构超低能耗建筑的气密性,有效解决建筑物长期运行后防水失效的问题,降低建筑能耗,提高居住舒适性。本文可为装配式钢结构超低能耗建筑气密性施工提供一定的技术性参考。The ultra-low energy building of fabricated steel structure has attracted much attention,as the concept of building energy saving and emission reduction has become increasingly popular.The working principle and technical characteristics of building airtight materials were studied,Airtight construction technology and common construction problems were summarized and analyzed,respectively.The airtightness of the ultra-low energy building of fabricated steel structure has been greatly improved by using airtight materials such as water-proof and vapor-barrier membrane and water-proof and vaporpermeable membrane,the problem of waterproof failure after long-term operation of buildings is effectively solved,building energy consumption is reduced and living comfort is improved.This article can provide a certain technical reference for the airtight construction of the ultra-low energy building of fabricated steel structure.
