摘　　要：新的《联合国气候报告》警告说,如果碳排放得不到控制,将会导致广泛且不可挽回的后果。由于目前大气中的温室气体排放量已达到创纪录的新高,如果想要减少碳排放,就需要做出快速而具体的决定。根据该报告,要想以合理的成本控制全球变暖,留给世界的时间已经所剩无几。我们的目标是在2010年至2050年之间将碳排放量减少40%~70%,并在2100年之前完全结束化石燃料的使用。The new UN Climate Report warns of wide-ranging and irrevocable consequences if carbon emissions are not taken under control.Because the volume of greenhouse gas emissions in the atmosphere is now at a record high,mitigating such emissions requires fast and concrete decisions.According to the report,the world has only a little time to keep global warming in check at reasonable costs.The aim is to reduce emissions by 40-70% between 2010 and 2050,and to end the consumption of fossil fuels completely by 2100.
