摘　　要：2020年的资学(《资本论》学)研究在《资本论》文献学、阐释学、运用学、形成史、传播史、研究史等方面继续推进,取得了一些突出的进展:MEGA^(2)第二部分第12卷和第13卷的编辑、研究成果的介绍和对恩格斯《资本论》编辑问题的探讨为解决“马克思—恩格斯问题”提供了第一手资料和思路;从“解释学循环”入手提出的阐释《资本论》的路径为《资本论》研究提供了新的视角;构建的转形问题C体系在转形轮次和转形阶段划分基础上提出了可变资本成本计算规则和转形模型,形成了一个马克思主义转形问题的解决方案;从文学的角度、用美学的方法所作的研究彰显了《资本论》所体现的美学意蕴;全面系统地讨论了恩格斯在《资本论》形成过程中的角色和贡献。In 2020,capitalology made some significant progress in the areas of documentation,hermeneutics,application,formation history,dissemination history and research history of Capital,which includes:first-hand documents and ideas to answer the“Marx-Engels Question”provided by the introduction of compilation and research outputs of Volumes 12&13,Part Ⅱ,MEGA^(2),and the discussion on the issue of Engels’compilation of Capital;the new perspective of Capital research provided by hermeneutics cycle to illustrate the path of Capital;solution to the transition problem of Marxism made by cost-calculation rules of variable capital and transition model proposed by the C system of transition problem based on its cycles and periods;the aesthetic implication of Capital reflected by the method of aesthetics from the perspective of literature;and the comprehensive and systematic discussion on the role of Engels and his contribution to the formation of Capital.
