摘  要:水泥基复合材料是以水泥净浆、砂浆、混凝土等材料作为基体,并以纤维作为增强材料构成。采用哑铃型试件研究玄武岩纤维增强水泥基复合材料的单轴拉伸力学性能,通过单轴拉伸试验可直接获得哑铃型试件的应力-应变曲线,并根据其曲线分析纤维体积掺量对极限应力、极限应变等参数的影响。通过对试验数据的分析可知:加入玄武岩纤维后,试件的极限抗拉强度和极限拉伸应变提升效果显著,且脆性效果得到明显改善,当体积掺量为1.5%时,极限拉伸应变最大且为0.023%。Cement based composite material is composed of cement paste,mortar,concrete and other materials as matrix and fiber as reinforcement material.The uniaxial tensile mechanical properties of basalt fiber reinforced cement-based composites are studied by using dumbbell shaped specimens.The stress-strain curves of dumbbell-shaped specimens can be directly obtained through uniaxial tensile tests.The influence of fiber volume content on the ultimate stress and ultimate strain parameters is analyzed according to the curve.Through the analysis of the experimental data,it can be seen that the ultimate tensile strength and ultimate tensile strain of the specimen are significantly improved after adding basalt fiber,and the brittleness effect is significantly improved.When the optimum volume fraction is 1.5%,the ultimate tensile strain is the largest and is 0.023%.
