摘　　要：目的探讨运用PDCA循环在促进我院药品不良反应(ADR)报告和监测中的效果,提高我院药品不良反应报告和监测工作的规范化及标准化,促进临床用药安全。方法通过分析我院2017—2020年的药品不良反应报告数量和类型,评价自2019年运用PDCA循环进行干预后监测效果的变化。结果运用PDCA循环进行干预后,我院药品不良反应上报数量、新/严数量及病程记录率均有所提高。结论PDCA循环的干预,明显提高我院药品不良反应监测水平。Objective To explore the effect of applying the PDCA cycle in hospital adverse drug reaction(ADR)reporting and monitoring,to improve the standardization of ADR reporting and monitoring in our hospital,and to promote the safety of clinical medication.Methods Analyze the quantity and quality fo ADR reporting and monitoring of our hospital in 2017—2020,evaluate the effect of applying the PDCA cycle method since 2019.Results After the PDCA cycle′s application,the quantity of reported ADR,new/serious ADR reports′quantity and the record rate of the course of the disease increased.Conclusion The intervention of PDCA cycle has significantly improved the quality of ADR monitoring in our hospital,which will help reduce the risk of clinical medication and ensure the safety of patients′medication.
