中药热庵包康复护理对腰椎退行性变患者腰部功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析中药热庵包康复护理对腰椎退行性变患者腰部功能的影响。方法选取佛山市中医院2017年7月至2019年1月收治的100例腰椎退行性变行保守治疗患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者实施常规康复护理,观察组患者实施常规康复护理+中药热庵包护理。比较两组患者的护理有效率、护理前后日本骨科协会指数(JOA)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)。结果观察组的总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的74.00%(P<0.05)。护理前,两组间腰部JOA评分和ODI评分水平的差异均无统计学意义(P值均> 0.05)。两组护理后1个月、3个月和6个月的腰部JOA和腰部ODI评分均显著改善(P值均<0.05),且观察组的上述评分改善均更为显著(P值均<0.05)。结论中药热庵包联合常规骨科康复疗法能显著改善腰椎退行性变腰痛患者的腰部功能,缓解其腰部运动功能障碍。Objective To analyze the effect of Chinese medicine Re'anbao adjuvant rehabilitation nursing on lumbar movement of patients with lumbar spine degeneration.Methods 100 patients with lumbar spine degeneration who received conservative treatment at Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group was given routine rehabilitation nursing and Chinese medicine Re'anbao adjuvant nursing.The effective rate of nursing care,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 74.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in waist JOA score and ODI score between the two groups(both P>0.05).The JOA and ODI scores at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after nursing in the two groups were significantly improved(all P<0.05),and the above scores of the observation group improved more significantly(all P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine Re'anbao combined with orthopaedic rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the lumbar function of patients with lumbar spine degeneration and relieve lumbar movement dysfunction.
