风药在内科疑难杂症中的应用

摘　　要：风药或具风之象,或感风之气,或禀风之性,具有升发清阳、调畅气机、胜湿、活血、引经报使、增效等作用。内科疑难杂症致病因素为"湿、郁、痰、瘀、虚",风药可用于内科疑难杂症的治疗中。郁证病机为气机不畅,风药轻扬升发,疏肝理气,畅达一身周流之气,气顺则郁自散。头痛致病因素为风、痰、瘀,风药祛风除邪,引药上行,使气血筋络通畅,通则不痛。风邪为哮病发病关键,治疗以熄风止痉平喘为大法。清气在下则生飧泄、湿胜则泄,以风药升举清阳,清阳得升则飧泄自愈。水肿致病因素为风、湿、瘀,风药畅通气机,调节玄府间的水液流通,助肾气化,气行则水肿自消。痹病病机为气血不通,以风药升举阳气,调畅气机,气行则血行,气血调和则痹病自除。风善行,风胜则动,故痿证辨证时应考虑风邪,在补肝肾、健脾胃的同时佐风药以增效。肿瘤病机为正气不足,邪气踞之,风药具有引经之效,可引药物直达病所,在肿瘤的治疗中具有一定优势。Wind medicine may have the image of wind,or the qi of wind,or the nature of wind.It has the functions of ascending clear yang,regulating qi movement,predominating dampness,activating blood circulation,guiding meridians and increasing efficiency,etc.The pathogenic factors of internal medicine difficult and miscellaneous diseases include"dampness,depression,phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency".Therefore,wind medicine can be used in the treatment of internal medicine difficult and miscellaneous diseases.The pathogenesis of depression syndrome is that the qi movement is not smooth.The wind medicine is light and can ascend,soothe and regulate the liver qi,and dredge the whole body′s circulating qi.If the qi is smooth,the depression will dissipate.The pathogenic factors of headache are wind,phlegm and blood stasis.Wind medicine can dispel wind and evils,and lead the medicine upward,so as to make the qi,blood,muscles and collaterals unobstructed and free from pain.Wind evil is the key to the pathogenesis of asthma.The treatment is to eliminate wind,stop spasm and relieve asthma.When clear qi is in the lower part,it will produce lienteric diarrhea,and when dampness is excessive,diarrhea will occur.With wind medicine,clear yang can be ascended to cure diarrhea.The pathogenic factors of edema are wind,dampness and blood stasis.Wind medicine can unblocks the qi movement,regulate the water and liquid circulation between sweat pores,help the qi transformation of the kidney,and smooth qi movement can eliminate the edema.The pathogenesis of arthralgia disease is blocked qi and blood.Wind medicine can ascend yang qi and regulate qi movement.When qi and blood are harmonious,arthralgia disease can be eliminated by itself.Wind is good at moving.Excessive wind leads to shaking,so the wind evil should be considered in the syndrome differentiation of impotence syndrome.Besides tonifying the liver and kidney,strengthening the spleen and stomach,the wind medicine should be used to increase efficiency.The pathogenesis of tumor is insuff
