褚玉霞应用经方“男女同治”生殖泌尿系统疾病

摘　　要：褚玉霞教授治疗不孕不育症主张夫妻同查同治,认为四逆散主要作用在于疏理肝脾、调畅中焦气机,是疏肝第一方,并以之为基础方组成化瘀清窍汤、逐瘀清宫方、潮舒煎、疏肝抑乳方男女同治;认为芍药甘草汤为缓急止痛第一方,并以之为基础方组成褚氏安胎方、变通三痹汤男女同治;认为桂枝茯苓丸是活血消癥第一方,并以之为基础方组成褚氏消癥杀胚方、消癥饮、丹桂化癥方男女同治;以桂枝汤调和营卫、燮理阴阳,治疗男女更年期综合征、遗精滑精、自汗盗汗等证;以甘草泻心汤治疗男女泌尿系感染、生殖道溃疡、皮肤病等。Professor Chu Yu-xia advocates that husband and wife should be check and treated simultaneously in the treatment of sterility and infertility.She believes that Frigid Extremities Powder can soothe the liver and spleen and regulate qi movement of middle energizer,so it is the best formula for soothing the liver.Based on this,she has established Decoction for Resolving Blood Stasis and Clearing Orifices,Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis and Clearing Uterus,Chaoshu Decoction(潮舒煎,CSD),Decoction for Soothing Liver and Suppressing Breast in order to treat husband and wife simultaneously.She thinks that Peony and Licorice Decoction is the best formula for relieving emergency and stopping pain,and has further established Master Chu′s Formula for miscarriage prevention,Biantong Sanbi Decoction(变通三痹汤,BTSBD)to treat husband and wife simultaneously.She thinks that Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill is the best formula for promoting blood circulation and eliminating masses,and has further established Master Chu′s Formula for Eliminating Masses and Removing Abnormal Embryo,Mass-Eliminating Decoction,Cortex Moutan and Cinnamon Twig Decoction for Eliminating Masses to treat husband and wife simultaneously.She uses Cinnamon Twig Decoction to harmonize the nutrient and defense and regulate yin and yang,male and female climacteric syndrome,spermatorrhea,spontaneous sweating and night sweating.She adopts Licorice Heart-Draining Decoction to treat urinary tract infection,genital ulcer and skin diseases in men and women.
