摘　　要：余惠平教授认为,肺脾两虚、气阴不足是反复呼吸道感染患儿咳嗽的发病内因,外邪侵袭、调护不当是外在诱因,瘀、积是其重要病理产物。余教授临床诊治该病提倡病证结合、中西医并重,分期论治,调体为本,将小儿反复呼吸道感染的治疗分为感染期和非感染期,尤重非感染期的治疗。治疗时,以补肺健脾、益气养阴为治疗大法,以调整患儿体质为主要目的,加用莪术以行气活血消积,同时重视日常调护。Professor Yu Hui-ping believes that the deficiency of lung and spleen and insufficient qi and yin are the internal causes of cough in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection;the invasion of external pathogens and improper care are the external inducements,and blood stasis and accumulation are the important pathological products.In clinical practice,Professor Yu advocates the combination of disease and syndrome,equal emphasis on traditional Chinese and Western medicine,treatment by stages and body adjustment.The treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children is divided into infection stage and non-infection stage,especially focusing on non-infection stage.During the treatment,the principle is to tonify the lung and activate the spleen,replenish qi and nourish yin,with adjusting the children′s physique as the main purpose.Ezhu(Rhizoma Curcumae)is often added to move qi,promote blood circulation and eliminate accumulation.And it is also necessary to pay attention to daily nursing.
