三痹汤配合西药治疗类风湿关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察三痹汤配合西药治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例类风湿关节炎患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用三痹汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后中医证候积分、DAS28评分、炎性指标检测结果的变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为80.00%,观察组有效率为95.00%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分、DAS28评分及炎性指标水平均低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%,对照组不良反应发生率为20.00%,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三痹汤配合西药治疗类风湿关节炎,可明显改善患者临床症状和炎性指标,促进关节活动功能的恢复。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Three Arthralgia Decoction combined with Western medicine on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Three Arthralgia Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,drug-related adverse reactions,TCM syndrome score,DAS28 score and the changes of inflammatory index test results before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 80.00%in the control group and 95.00%in the observation group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score,DAS28 score and inflammatory index level of the two groups after treatment were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.00%in the observation group and 20.00%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three Arthralgia Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and inflammatory indexes of patients and help the recovery of joint activity function.
