呼吸补泻穴位埋线疗法治疗中风后恢复期肌张力增高临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察呼吸补泻穴位埋线疗法治疗中风后恢复期肌张力增高的临床疗效。方法:将60例中风后恢复期肌张力增高患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组给予平补平泻针刺法,治疗组给予呼吸补泻穴位埋线疗法治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后痉挛程度、临床痉挛指数评分、运动功能及日常生活能力评分变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后痉挛程度及临床痉挛指数评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后Fugl-meyer评分及日常生活能力评分高于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为83.33%,对照组有效率为63.33%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸补泻穴位埋线疗法治疗中风后恢复期肌张力增高,可改善患者临床症状,缓解痉挛程度,提高运动功能及日常生活能力。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy for respiratory reinforcement and reduction on increased muscle tension in recovery period after stroke.Methods:A total of 60 patients with increased muscle tension after stroke were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given acupuncture therapy for neutral reinforcement and reduction,while the treatment group was given acupoint catgut embedding therapy for respiration reinforcement and reduction.The clinical efficacy and the changes of spasm degree,clinical spasm index score,motor function and activity of daily living score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The spasticity degree and clinical spasticity index score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the above indexes of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Fugl-meyer score and ability of daily living score of the two groups after treatment were higher than those of the same group before treatment,and the above indexes of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group after treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 83.33%in the treatment group and 63.33%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of increased muscle tension in recovery period after stroke,acupoint catgut embedding therapy for respiration reinforcement and reduction can improve the clinical symptoms,relieve the degree of spasm,and improve the motor function and ability of daily living.
