摘　　要：目的:基于CiteSpace可视化分析阳和汤的应用现状、研究热点与前沿。方法:以CNKI为检索数据库,检索2000年1月1日至2020年8月30日以阳和汤为主题的文献,采用CiteSpace 5.6软件分析关键词的共现关系、聚类特征及时间线。结果:阳和汤发文量呈增长趋势。关键词共现得到高中心性关键词7个,形成由94个节点、109条线组成的共现图谱。关键词聚类分析得到8个聚类,显示目前主要研究方向为阳和汤的组方成分及药效、作用机制、临床应用。关键词突现分析得出,阳和汤研究由早期组方成分与药效研究逐步向临床应用与疗效评价转变。结论:阳和汤研究热点主要集中于临床应用、中医药疗法等,研究前沿为阳和汤治疗乳腺癌的机制研究与临床应用。Objective:To carry out a visual analysis of research hotspots and frontiers of Harmonious Yang Decoction based on CiteSpace.Methods:CNKI was used as the retrieval database to retrieve the literature with Harmonious Yang Decoction as the theme from January 1,2000 to August 30,2020.CiteSpace 5.6 software was used to analyze the co-occurrence relationship,clustering characteristics and timeline of keywords.Results:The number of articles issued about Harmonious Yang Decoction showed an increasing trend.A total of 7 highly central keywords were obtained by keyword co-occurrence,forming a co-occurrence map composed of 94 nodes and 109 lines.A total of 8 clusters were obtained by keyword cluster analysis,which showed that the current main research directions were the composition,efficacy,mechanism and clinical application of Harmonious Yang Decoction.Keyword emergence analysis showed that the research of Harmonious Yang Decoction has gradually changed from the research on the components and efficacy of early formulas to the clinical application and efficacy evaluation.Conclusion:The hotspots of Harmonious Yang Decoction mainly focus on clinical application,Chinese medicine therapy and so on.The research frontiers are the mechanism research and clinical application in the treatment of breast cancer.
