摘　　要：中医外治法治疗不孕症主要包括穴位贴敷、针灸、宫腔注药、中药灌肠、中药离子导入等,操作简单。目前,外治法无论从操作方法、治疗时间还是在疗效判定方面,尚缺乏统一标准,临床研究样本量较少且单一,大部分临床研究仅停留在临床疗效的评价上,对机理方面的研究尚需进一步深入。今后,应开展多中心大样本的临床试验,规范中医外治法治疗不孕症的标准,探究其作用机制,加强动物实验研究,严格遵循实验研究的原则,使研究更具统计学意义,为不孕症治疗提供可靠证据。TCM external treatments for infertility mainly include acupoint application,acupuncture and moxibustion,intrauterine injection,TCM enema,TCM iontophoresis,etc.with asimple operation.At present,there is still a lack of unified standard for external treatments in terms of operation method,treatment time and efficacy judgment.The sample size of clinical research is small and single.Most clinical studies only stay in the evaluation of clinical efficacy,and the mechanism research needs to be further deepened.Therefore,in the future,it is necessary to carry out multi-center and large sample clinical trials,standardize the standard of external treatments for infertility,explore the mechanism,strengthen animal experimental research,strictly follow the principles of experimental research,make the research more statistically significant and provide reliable evidence for the treatment of infertility.
