浅谈卷烟减害降焦技术研究

摘　　要：据世界卫生组织统计,全球约有13亿烟民,而我国烟民数量极大,约有3.5亿人,占我国人口总数的1/4。国家烟草专卖局提出“树立国家利益、消费者利益至上”的观点,致力于为数亿暂时不愿或难以戒烟者提供物美价廉少害的卷烟产品。目前,烟草相关企业需要通过科技尽可能地减少烟草给人体带来的危害,平衡好吸烟与健康的问题才是烟草有关行业后续发展的支撑。从“降焦减害”到“减害降焦”的转变,介绍了烟草行业在降低卷烟制品对健康的危害上,从观念上的转变到技术上的发展进步;并且从原料、辅料与填充料、添加剂、产品配方和加工工艺等5个方面介绍了降焦技术需采取的综合措施;同时,简单介绍了烟草制品减害可能的方向与愿景。According to who statistics,there are still 1.3 billion smokers in the world today,including about 350 million in China.The state tobacco monopoly bureau puts forward the idea of“setting up the interests of the state and consumers first”,and was committed to providing high-quality,low-cost and less harmful cigarette products for hundreds of millions of people who were temporarily unwilling or difficult to quit smoking.At present,tobacco related enterprises need to reduce the harm of tobacco to human body as much as possible through science and technology,and balance the problems of smoking and health was the support for the follow-up development of tobacco related industries.This paper introduced the change from“reducing the harm by reducing the tar content”to“reducing the harm and reducing the tar content”in the tobacco industry,from the change of concept to the development and progress of technology in reducing the harm of cigarette products to health.It also introduced the comprehensive measures to be taken from the aspects of raw materials,auxiliary materials and fillers,additives,product formula and processing technology.At the same time,it briefly introduced the possible direction and vision of reducing the harm of tobacco products.
