摘　　要：介绍了9KLH-250型颗粒饲料压制机的设计研制过程,从该设备的总体设计方案和工作原理说起,引出该设备不同部件的设计原理。包括喂料器、主轴、主体支撑、调质器、250 kW大电机、环模系、机门系、压辊系、引流刮刀、切断刀、润滑系等部件,重点介绍了环模、压辊的调节方式。最后,通过试验验证了机器的技术性能,完全符合国标和饲料厂家的要求。This article introduced the design and development process of the 9KLH-250 pellet feed press.Starting from the overall design and working principle of the equipment,the design principles of the different parts of the equipment were introduced.Including frame,main shaft,250 kW main motor,ring die system,pressure roller system,door system,lubrication system,guide scraper,cutting knife,feeder,conditioner and other components,focusing on ring die,pressure roller the adjustment method.Finally,the technical performance of this machine was verified through experiments,and it fully meets the requirements of national standards and feed manufacturers.
