紫外分光光度法检测矿泉水包装中的邻苯二甲酸酯

摘　　要：邻苯二甲酸类化合物在食品接触材料中的检测方法常用的主要为液相色谱和气相色谱法,但随着紫外分光光度计的发展与进步,其检出限完全可以达到国家标准的要求,并且与以上方法相比,紫外分光光谱法操作简单,消耗有毒有害试剂较少。运用色谱法中的薄层层析法检测了鲜榨果汁、华润怡宝、农夫山泉、恒大冰泉、景田百岁山、外卖炸鸡饭塑料包装中是否含有邻苯二甲酸酯,再用光谱法中紫外可见分光光度法具体测定其含量。在薄层层析法中检测合格的鲜榨果汁的塑料杯和外卖炸鸡饭的塑料包装,用紫外可见分光光度法检测时,可以清楚地发现含量不符合GB/T 21928-2008。The main detection methods for phthalates in food contact materials were liquid chromatography and gas chromatography,but with the development and progress of ultraviolet spectrophotometer,its detection limit can completely meet the requirements of the national standard,compared the above methods,UV spectroscopy is simple to operate and consumes less toxic and harmful reagents.In this paper,phthalate of Plastic Packaging in Freshly squeezed juice,China Resources Yibao,Nongfu Spring,Hengda Ice Spring,Jingtian Baisui Mountain,takeaway fried chicken rice was detected by thin layer chromatography in chromatography,then the content was determined by UV-vis spectrophotometry.Detecting qualified freshly squeezed juice and plastic packaging for take-away fried chicken rice in thin layer chromatography,which could be clearly found that the content does not conform to GB/T 21928-2008 when detected by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry.
