摘 要:由于传统方法存在图像识别能力低,导致仪表检定响应时长长,影响工作效率的问题。提出设计基于计算机视觉识别技术的电气测量仪表自动化检定方法。选用CCD工业相机对电气测量仪表进行图像采集,增设环形光源提升原始图像质量。根据领域平均法对采集到的电气测量仪表图像进行处理,设定合适的阈值处理图像边缘,完成图像预处理工作。将Hough变换应用到表检定过程中,实现对仪表指针变化的检测与分析,以完成自动化检定方法设计。实验结果表明,采用本方法进行检测的仪表检定响应时长均下降20%左右,该方法可有效提升仪表检定工作效率,降低时间损耗。Electrical measuring instruments can detect large power equipment and control the operation safety of power equipment. In order to ensure the use effect of the instrument, the automatic verification method of electrical measuring instrument is used to detect the instrument, but this method has the problem of low image recognition ability, which often causes the long response time of instrument verification and affects the work efficiency. Aiming at this situation, an automatic verification method of electrical measuring instruments based on computer vision recognition technology is designed. CCD industrial camera is selected to collect the image of electrical measuring instrument, and ring light source is added to improve the original image quality. According to the domain average method, the image of electrical measuring instrument is processed, and the appropriate threshold is set to process the image edge to complete the image preprocessing. The Hough transform is applied to the process of meter verification to realize the detection and analysis of the pointer change. So far, the design of automatic verification method of electrical measuring instruments based on computer vision recognition technology is completed. Compared with the traditional method, the response time of this method is reduced by about 20%. Using this method can effectively improve the efficiency of instrument verification and reduce the time loss.
