摘 要:全钢轮胎胎面生产线的冷却线原先是通过动力管道冷却水加喷淋头的方式对胎面进行直喷降温,从而保证制品拾取温度低于45℃的工艺要求。但动力管道的冷却水到了夏季高温时,由于水温达到38℃,很难保证制品的拾取温度,并且弱碱性的冷却水影响制品基部胶的黏性。现通过在胎面冷却水处理过程中增加板式换热器、多介质过滤器以及PH调节装置,使得冷却线冷却效果大幅提升,胎面12R22.5规格冷却后拾取温度由原来的40~43℃下降到35~38℃,基部胶黏性由17 N提高到28 N。同时提高了胎面生产效率和制品质量稳定性。The cooling line of the all-steel tire tread production line originally used power pipe cooling water and spray heads to directly spray the tread to cool the tread,so as to ensure that the product pickup temperature is below 45℃.However,when the cooling water of the power pipeline reaches th e high tem perature in summer,it is difficult to ensure the pick-up temperature of the product because the water temperature reaches 38℃,and the weakly alkaline cooling water affects the viscosity of the base rubber of the product.Now through the addition of plate heat exchangers,multi-media filters and PH adjustment devices in the tread cooling water treatment process,the cooling effect of the cooling line has been greatly improved.The pickup temperature of the tread 12R22.5 after cooling down from the original 40~43℃to 35~38℃,the base rubber viscosity increased from 17 N to 28 N,and at the same time improved the tread production efficiency and product quality stability.
