摘  要:本文主要分析了半钢子午线轮胎胎体配方中应用环保型塑解剂,通过小配合实验和车间大试验证。结果表明,以天然胶为主的半钢子午线轮胎胎体混炼胶的加工性能得到改善,门尼黏度大幅降低,焦烧时间也相应的延长约,在改善加工性能的同时,保证了胶料加工的安全性。硫化后胶料钢丝黏合力的提升,相应的提升了轮胎的整体性能。This article mainly analyzes the application of environmentally friendly peptizers in the carcass formula of semi-steel radial tires,which are verified by small matching experiments and large-scale tests in the workshop.The results show that the processing performance of the semi-steel radial tire compound rubber mainly made of natural rubber has been improved,and the Mooney viscosity has been greatly reduced.At the same time,the scorch time is correspondingly extended,and while improving the processing performance,it ensures the safety of rubber processing.The increase in the adhesion of the rubber steel wire after vulcanization has correspondingly improved the overall performance of the tire.
