摘　　要：针对斜交轮胎成型机中尾座箱体质量过大,使用原材料过多的问题。本文通过先添加及优化筋板,提高尾座箱体强度,再基于COMSOL软件,对优化后尾座箱体进行轻量化设计的方法,在满足设计要求的基础上,降低尾座箱体质量,节约生产使用原材料,提高公司经济效益。The quality of the tailstock box in the bias tire building machine is too large,and too many raw materials are used.In this paper,the strength of the tailstock box is improved by adding and optimizing the ribs,and then based on the COMSOL software,the lightweight design of the optimized tailstock box is carried out.On the basis of meeting the design requirements,reduce the weight of the tailstock box,save raw materials,and improve the company's economic benefits.
