摘 要:本文利用密炼机和开炼机,成功制得NBR及NBR/PVC发泡混炼橡胶,并探索了不同发泡温度对NBR及NBR/PVC发泡性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着温度的增加,发泡胶料的焦烧时间越来越短,最大扭矩值越来约小;NBR/PVC发泡胶的扭矩曲线在发泡突发区后,扭矩并没有太大变化;随着硫化温度的上升,NBR发泡胶的扯断强度先增加后降低,断裂伸长率也呈现先增加后降低的规律;PVC的加入有效的提高了发泡倍率、降低了门尼黏度和发泡密度。This article uses internal mixer and open mill to successfully prepare NBR and NBR/PVC foamed mixed rubber,and explores the influence of different foaming temperatures on the foaming properties of NBR and NBR/PVC.The experimental results show that as the temperature increases,the scorch time of the styrofoam is getting shorter and shorter,and the maximum torque value is getting smaller and smaller.The torque curve of NBR/PVC styrofoam does not change much after the sudden foaming zone.With the increase of the vulcanization temperature,the breaking strength of NBR foam rubber first increases and then decreases,and the elongation at break also shows the law that first increasing and then decreasing.The addition of PVC effectively increases the foaming ratio,reduces the Mooney viscosity and foaming density.
