摘  要:本文通过改变增塑体系和并用NV7030橡塑合金,考察NBR体系硫化胶耐油、耐寒以及力学性能的影响。研究表明,增塑剂DOS和DOA并用后硫化胶的各项性能要稍优于单一增塑剂,且耐寒性能优异;并用橡塑合金后,力学性能出现下降,但常温耐油性能变化不明显,耐寒性能稍有下降,但仍具有应用价值。In this paper,the influence of NBR system on the oil resistance,cold resistance and mechanical properties of vulcanizates was studied by changing the plasticizing system and using NV7030 rubber-plastic alloy together.Studies have shown that the performance of the vulcanized rubber after the combined use of plasticizers DOS and DOA is slightly better than that of the vulcanized rubber with a single plasticizer,and it has excellent cold resistance.After the combined use of rubber and plastic alloys,the mechanical properties decrease,but the oil resistance at room temperature does not change significantly,and the cold resistance decreases slightly,but it still has application value.
