摘  要:研究贝壳珍珠母层的结构发现,它具有极佳的抗冲击性能。因此,通过仿贝壳珍珠母层的结构,设计出砖-泥夹层结构,以期达到良好的抗爆炸冲击性。同时,为了验证结构多层蜂窝夹层结构与砖-泥夹层结构的抗爆炸冲击性能,通过控制框架与填充物的体积比为6∶4,分别以实体、砖-泥、多层蜂窝作为“面板-夹层-背板”的夹层。通过AUTODYN数值分析手段得出:砖-泥夹层结构的比吸能是实体的16倍,多层蜂窝夹层结构的比吸能是实体的9倍;抗爆炸冲击性能方面,多层蜂窝夹层结构最优,砖-泥夹层结构次之,实体夹层结构最差。Through the structure of the shell mother-of-pearl layer,the impact resistance is very good,so this paper designs the brick-mud structure by imitating the structure of the shell mother-of-pearl layer,in order to achieve good anti-explosive impact.At the same time,in order to verify the anti-explosion impact performance of cellular structure and brick-mud,the volume ratio of control frame to fill is 6:4,and the mezzanine of panel-mezzanine-back plate is used as the"panel-mezzanine-back plate"by entity,brick-mud and multi-layer honeycomb junction respec⁃tively.The following conclusions are drawn by Autodyn numerical analysis:the brick-mud structure is 16 times more energy-absorbing than the solid,and the multi-layer cellular is 9 times;Anti-explosion impact performance is in turn the best multi-layer honeycomb mezzanine,brick-mud second,the worst entity.
