摘　　要：美国麦克卢尔河选煤厂升级改造工程中选用了1台中国产的FJCA16-4型喷射式浮选机,于2020年12月1日至2021年1月5日共41个生产班的统计数据表明:在基本相同的浮选时间内,喷射式浮选机的分选指标(精煤灰分、尾矿灰分、精煤产率、浮选完善指标)全面好于该厂原有的丹佛型机械搅拌式浮选机。该厂升级改造工程顺利投产后,每小时可增产39 t的浮选精煤,仅此一项全年增加2340万美元的收益。This article briefly introduces the McClure River coal preparation plant upgrade project,and focuses on the application of the Chinese Jet type flotation cells FJCA16-4 in the plant upgrade.The plant production data of the 41 shifts during December 12020 and January 52021 indicated that,at similar slurry retention times,the Jet flotation cells broadly outperformed the existing Denver mechanical flotation cells in terms of flotation separation parameters such as clean coal ash,tailings ash,clean coal yield and flotation perfection index.After the successful commissioning of the plant upgrade,the project increased the clean coal production by approximately 39 tph and increased the revenue by$23.4 million USD per annum.The project payback period was shorter than 5 months.
