摘 要:针对乌海肥煤和邢台1/3焦煤2种煤样,采用煤油、乳化煤油、柴油以及乳化柴油作为捕收剂,仲辛醇作为起泡剂,根据捕收剂用量变化、起泡剂用量变化以及矿浆浓度变化试验得出的各个捕收剂的最佳试验参数,对2种煤样进行各个粒级的浮选试验,考察粒度对浮选效果的影响。分级浮选试验表明,0.5~0.25 mm粗粒级选择性较好,但捕收性能不高;小于0.074 mm细粒级具有最差的捕收性和选择性,0.25~0.074 mm这部分煤的浮选效果最好。For the two coal samples of Wuhai Fertilizer Coal and Xingtai 1/3 Coking Coal,kerosene,emulsified kerosene,diesel and emulsified diesel are used as collectors,and secondary octanol is used as foaming agent,which depends on the amount of collector and foaming agent.The best test parameters of each collector obtained from the change and the slurry concentration change test,the flotation test of each particle size of the two coal samples was carried out to investigate the effect of particle size on the flotation effect.The classification flotation test shows that the 0.5~0.25mm coarse grain grade has good selectivity,but the collection performance is not high;the<0.074mm fine grain grade has the worst collection and selectivity,among which the part of 0.25~0.074mm The flotation effect of coal is the best.
