摘  要:介绍了FBS流化床分选机的结构及工作原理;新河选煤厂通过分析FBS流化床分选机的影响因素,结合对入料、底流、溢流的技术检查,总结出溢流灰分的变化规律,正常生产时可根据变化规律及时调节FBS密度设定值和顶水压力;总结了FBS流化床分选机的日常操作和维护中的一些做法和经验,确保了FBS流化床分选机运行工况良好。技术检查结果表明,分选机可以将精煤泥灰分控制在7.00%~9.00%,尾煤灰分控制在30.00%以上。The structure and working principle of FBS fluidized bed separator are introduced.By analyzing the influencing factors of FBS fluidized bed separator in Xinhe coal preparation plant,combined with the technical inspection of feed,underflow and overflow,the change law of overflow ash is summarized.During normal production,the set value of FBS density and top water pressure can be adjusted in time according to the change law.The FBS fluidized bed separator is summarized The technical inspection results show that the sorter can control the ash content of clean coal slime at 7.00%~9.00%and the ash content of tail coal at more than 30.00%.
