摘　　要：结合安全生产对兰炭企业的新要求,以榆林兰炭企业为例,针对榆林兰炭企业的人才队伍短板,提出兰炭化工企业应把握新发展阶段,贯彻新发展理念,发挥安全生产监管体系作用,构建安全培训教育体系,创新安全生产制度,推进企业安全文化建设,以实现兰炭企业安全生产,奠定企业高质量可持续发展的基础。Facing the shortage of talent teams and the new requirements of safety production for semi-coke enterprises in Yulin,in order to realize the safety production and lay the foundation for high-quality sustainable development,the new development stage should be grasped,the new development concept should be implemented,the function of safety production supervision system should work,the safety training and education system should be built,the safety production system should be innovated and the construction of enterprise safety culture should be promoted by semi-coke enterprises in Yulin.
