摘  要:目的了解杭州市公共场所整体卫生状况,评价公共场所卫生水平,寻找薄弱环节,为有针对性地加强公共场所卫生监督管理提供依据。方法按照GB/T 18204.2—2014、GB/T 18204.3—2013、GB/T 18204.4—2013、WS 394—2012、GB/T 18204.6—2013、GB 37488—2019、GB/T 7573—2009的要求对5类公共场所的公共用品、空气及水进行抽样和检测,按照GB 9663—1996、GB 9665—1996、GB 9666—1996、GB 9667—1996、GB 9672—1996及GB 37488—2019进行分析和评价。结果2018—2020年三年共监测公共场所样品80578项次,合格率为95.8%。2018—2020年的合格率分别为94.5%、94.0%、97.2%。三年合格率差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=486.6,P<0.0001)。住宿场所、美容美发场所、游泳场所、沐浴场所、其他公共场所样品合格率分别为96.9%、91.7%、95.1%、92.4%、97.2%,合格率差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=699.8,P<0.0001)。不同公用品卫生指标监测合格情况,外观、细菌总数、大肠菌群、金葡菌、真菌总数合格率分别为100%、91.6%、99.9%、100%、74.8%,合格率差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3324.1,P<0.0001)。公共场所室内空气卫生指标CO 2、CO、PM 10、甲醛合格率分别为96.6%、100%、98.8%、96.7%,合格率差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.7,P<0.05)。游泳场所水质卫生指标余氯、浊度、pH、菌落总数、大肠菌群、尿素合格率分别为88.5%、99.9%、97.9%、90.1%、99.3%、96.4%,合格率差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=531.0,P<0.0001)。不同种类公用品毛巾、床上卧具、杯饮具、拖鞋、美容美发工具合格率分别为93.8%、98.9%、92.8%、93.8%、99.4%,合格率差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=1188.2,P<0.0001)。结论杭州市公共场所监测合格率呈总体上升趋势;公共场所中美容美发场所和沐浴场所的公共用品卫生状况不容乐观,应加强卫生监督监测,提高卫生消毒质量。公共用品中的真菌指标合格率较低,提示应加强相应的鞋类�Objective This paper aims at understanding the general health condition of public places in Hangzhou,evaluating the health level of public places,and finding out the weak links,so as to provide the basis for strengthening the health supervision and management of public places.Methods In accordance with the requirements of GB/T 18204.2-2014,GB/T 18204.3-2013,GB/T 18204.4-2013,WS 394-2012,GB/T 18204.6-2013,GB 37488-2019,GB/T 7573-2009,the sampling and testing of public goods,air and water in five categories of public places were carried out,and analyzing and evaluating according to GB 9663-1996,GB 9665-1996,GB 9666-1996,GB 9667-1996,GB 9672-1996,GB 37488-2019.Results A total of 80578 samples of public places were monitored in the past three years,with 95.8%of the qualified rate.The qualified rates from 2018 to 2020 were 94.5%,94.0%and 97.2%,respectively.There was significant difference in the qualified rate of each year(χ^(2)=486.6,P<0.0001).The qualified rates of the samples from the accommodation,beauty salon,swimming place,bathing place and other public places were 96.9%,91.7%,95.1%,92.4%and 97.2%,respectively.The difference of qualified rates was statistically significant(χ^(2)=699.8,P<0.0001).The qualified rates of appearance,total number of bacteria,coliform bacteria,staphylococcus aureus and fungi were 100%,91.6%,99.9%,100%and 74.8%,respectively.The difference of pass rate was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3324.1,P<0.0001).The qualified rates of CO 2,CO,PM 10 and Formaldehyde were 96.6%,100%,98.8%and 96.7%,respectively.The difference of qualified rates was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.7,P<0.05).The qualified rates of residual chlorine,turbidity,pH,total number of colony,coliform and urea were 88.5%,99.9%,97.9%,90.1%,99.3%and 96.4%,respectively.The difference of pass rate was statistically significant(χ^(2)=531.0,P<0.0001).The qualified rates of different kinds of towels,beddings,drinking utensils,slippers and hairdressing tools were 93.8%,98.9%,92.8%,93.8%and 99.4%,respectively.There was signifi
