摘 要:为提高工作面采出率,减少煤炭资源浪费,花草滩煤矿在2101工作面首次采用留窄煤柱沿空掘巷技术。2103回风顺槽属于半煤岩巷道,且岩层倾角达到17°,针对此问题,首先采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析不同煤柱宽度下采动应力分布规律确定确定了合理的窄煤柱宽度,并根据半煤岩变形破坏特征,调整巷道支护技术及支护参数。根据现场矿压观测结果,沿空掘巷支护效果良好,能够满足2103工作面正常安全生产。In order to improve the recovery rate of working face and reduce the waste of coal resources,huacaotan Coal Mine adopted the technology of gob-side entry with narrow pillars for the first time in 2101 working face.2103 return airflow roadway belongs to half coal rock roadway,and the dip angle of rock stratum reaches 17°,In order to solve this problem,FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to analyze the distribution law of mining stress under different coal pillar width,determine the reasonable narrow coal pillar width,and adjust the roadway support technology and support parameters according to the deformation and failure characteristics of half coal and rock.According to the field observation results of mine pressure,the support effect of gob side entry driving is good,which can meet the normal safety production of 2103 working face.
