摘 要:四台矿81003工作面存在多个断层,且结构复杂,针对断层开采时容易发生片帮、冒顶等现象,设计注浆加固方案,采用渐进注浆方式进行注浆,选择马丽散作为注浆加固材料,布置合适的注浆孔,同时把握好合适的注浆时机和注浆量,适时调整注浆压力,以保证注浆加固的最佳效果。通过注浆加固验证表明,注浆加固后的片帮及冒顶深度和频次都大大降低了,使工作面安全通过断层,保证回采的效率与回采的安全。There are multiple faults in the 81003 working face of Sitai Mine,and the structure is complex.Aiming at the phenomenon of fragmentation and roof fall prone to occur during fault mining,the grouting reinforcement scheme is designed,and the gradual grouting method is used for grouting.Ma Lisan is selected as Grouting reinforcement materials,arranging appropriate grouting holes,grasping the appropriate grouting timing and grouting amount,and adjusting the grouting pressure in time to ensure the best effect of grouting reinforcement.The verification of grouting reinforcement shows that the depth and frequency of slabs and roof fall after grouting reinforcement are greatly reduced,so that the working face can pass through the fault safely,and the efficiency and safety of the mining are ensured.
