摘 要:煤岩识别是实现煤矿智能化工作面的关键技术之一,本文分析了电牵引式采煤机基本结构和原理,其主要结构包括截割机构、行走机构、破碎机构、液压系统、电气系统以及其他辅助机构,基于此,构建了采煤机煤岩截割智能识别系统,该系统由信号识别前端、数据交换传输基站以及远程监测控制中心组成,并设计了采煤机煤岩截割智能识别四大流程:信号增强、信号去噪、模式识别、智能控制,为煤矿智能化工作面建设提供一种新思路或新技术,具有一定的研究意义。The coal and rock identification is one of the key technology to realize intelligent coal mine working face,this paper analyzes the basic structure and principle of electric traction type coal winning machine,including its main structure cutting mechanism,travel mechanism,crushing mechanism,hydraulic system,electrical system and other auxiliary institutions,based on this,constructed the coal winning machine cutting coal and rock intelligent recognition system,the system consists of signal recognition front-end,data exchange transfer station and the remote monitoring and control center,and the design of shearer cutting coal and rock intelligent identification of four processes:signal enhancement,signal denoising,pattern recognition and intelligent control provide a new idea or new technology for the construction of intelligent working face of coal mine,which has certain research significance.
