摘 要:本文以小峪煤业公司综采工作面搬家作业为背景,优化了停采支护和撤离、稳装液压支架工艺,通过现场应用和数据对比分析,结果表明:应用钢丝绳柔性支护比钢梁支护搬家作业时间缩短8 d,应用液压支架调移装置比绞车撤离、稳装液压支架搬家时间缩短6 d,搬家过程安全高效,效果明显。Based on the moving work of Xiaoyu Coal Industry Company's fully mechanized mining face,this paper optimizes the stop mining support,evacuation,and stable installation of the hydraulic support technology.Through field application and data comparison analysis,the results show that the application of steel wire rope flexible support is better than steel beams.The moving time of support is shortened by 8 days,and the moving time of hydraulic support is shortened by 6 days compared with winch evacuation and stable installation of hydraulic support.The moving process is safe and efficient,and the effect is obvious,and it is worth popularizing and using in similar working face.
