摘  要:针对金谷煤业开采过程中出现的大量矸石排放问题,对11101工作面原有的充填开采工艺进行改进改良,对首采充填面重新拟定巷道布置方案,细化充填工艺,采用“边采边充”的充填方法,并在原有的充填设备中增加了新的设备;并对11101工作面进行沿充留巷支护,确定了各支护参数,并提出了组合支架留巷的方案,具体设置为在巷道采空区侧边缘、沿巷道走向设置工字钢与相邻的单体液压支柱相组合的复合巷旁支架,从而保证能够有效确保巷道不变形,实现矸石的井下处理。the discharge of coal mine solid waste produced by coal mining is one of the most serious problems in the coal field and one of the biggest obstacles to the construction of green mines.Aiming at the problem of a large amount of gangue discharge in the mining process of Jingu coal industry,this paper improves the original filling mining technology of 11101 working face,re formulates the roadway layout scheme for the first mining filling face,refines the filling technology,adopts the filling method of"mining while filling",and adds new equipment in the original filling equipment;The 11101 working face is supported along the filling and retaining roadway,the supporting parameters are determined,and the scheme of retaining roadway with combined support is put forward,which can effectively ensure that the roadway does not deform and realize the underground treatment of gangue.
