补肾通络方配合中医骨伤手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究补肾通络方配合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者122例,按照双色球分组法分为实验组和对照组,每组61例。对照组给予单纯口服西比灵胶囊治疗,实验组给予补肾通络方配合中医骨伤手法治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间和眩晕评分。结果实验组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组症状(偏头痛、颈部疼痛、记忆力减退、颈部活动)缓解时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组眩晕评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗1、2个疗程后,两组眩晕评分显著低于治疗前,且实验组眩晕评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用补肾通络方、中医骨伤手法联合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,改善患者眩晕评分,临床治疗效果理想,具有较高应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Tongluo decoction combined with manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods A total of 122 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the two-color ball grouping method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was given a simple oral administration of Xibeiling capsules,and the experimental group was given Bushen Tongluo decoction combained with TCM bone injury manipulation treatment.Compare the clinical efficacy,symptom relief time and dizziness score between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The relief time of symptoms(migraine,neck pain,memory loss,neck movement)in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in vertigo scores between the two groups;after 1 or 2 courses of treatment,the vertigo scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type with Bushen Tongluo decoction and Traditional Chinese Medicine bone injury manipulation can effectively relieve the patient's clinical symptoms and improve the patient's dizziness score.The clinical treatment effect is ideal and has high application value.
