摘　　要：目的探讨采取无痛胃镜下电凝电切术对上消化道息肉患者病灶残留及复发的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年2月于本院接受治疗的93例上消化道息肉患者的临床资料,将行无痛胃镜下电凝电切术治疗的47例患者纳入观察组,行内镜下电凝电切术46例患者纳入对照组。比较两组手术相关指标、手术一次成功率、并发症及治疗后1年复发率。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组,VAS评分、并发症发生率、治疗1年复发率低于对照组,手术一次成功率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对上消化道息肉患者实施无痛胃镜下电凝电切术,能有效减轻患者疼痛,提高手术成功率的同时减少复发率及病灶残留,且能够减少患者并发症的发生,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect of painless gastroscopy electrocoagulation on patients with upper gastrointestinal polyps on the residual and recurrence of lesions.Methods The clinical data of 93 patients with upper gastrointestinal polyps treated from January 2018 to February 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and 47 patients treated with painless gastroscopy and electrocoagulation were included in the observation group and endoscopically 46 patients with electrocoagulation and electrotomy were included in the control group.Compare the two groups of surgery-related indicators,the success rate of one operation,complications and recurrence rate 1 year after treatment.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the VAS score,complication rate,and 1-year recurrence rate of treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the success rate of one operation was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of painless gastroscopy electrocoagulation for patients with upper gastrointestinal polyps can effectively reduce the pain of the patients,improve the success rate of the surgery and reduce the recurrence rate and residual lesions,and can reduce the occurrence of complications of the patients,with high safety.
