解毒活血汤联合异维A酸治疗结节囊肿型痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析中药解毒活血汤联合西药异维A酸治疗结节囊肿型痤疮的效果。方法选取2019年1—12月于本院治疗的60例结节囊肿型痤疮患者作为研究对象,按数字表法随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用异维A酸治疗,观察组采用异维A酸联合解毒活血汤治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗前后皮损积分变化情况、治疗效果、不良反应情况。结果治疗前,两组患者皮损积分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组皮损积分为(5.04±1.31)分,低于对照组的(9.86±2.69)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);观察组药物不良反应发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单一西药治疗比较,采用中西药联合治疗结节囊肿型痤疮,能有效改善症状,消除结节囊肿,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of Jiedu Huoxue decoction combined with isotretinoin in the treatment of nodular cystic acne.Methods 60 patients with nodular cystic acne treated in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with isotretinoin,the observation group was treated with isotretinoin and Jiedu Huoxue decoction.The changes in skin lesion scores,treatment effects,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients before and after treatment observed and compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in skin lesion scores between the two groups;after treatment,the skin lesion score of the observation group was(5.04±1.31)scores,which was lower than(9.86±2.69)scores in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 90.00%in the observation group,higher than 66.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 10.00%in the observation group,lower than 26.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single Western medicine treatment,the combined treatment of nodular cystic acne with Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve symptoms and eliminate nodular cysts,and has clinical application value.
