组合式外固定架对胫腓骨远端骨折患者疼痛程度及生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨组合式外固定架对胫腓骨远端骨折患者疼痛程度及生存质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月于本院就诊的胫腓骨远端骨折患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用钢板内固定治疗,观察组采用组合式外固定架治疗,比较两组临床指标、疼痛程度、生存质量及并发症情况。结果观察组固定时间、愈合时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于术前,生存质量测定量表(QOL)评分均高于术前,且观察组上述指标变化幅度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,观察组并发症发生率为3.33%(1/30),低于对照组的26.67%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用组合式外固定架治疗胫腓骨远端骨折患者的创伤较小,可有效缓解患者疼痛程度,改善生存质量,且具有一定的安全性。Objective To investigate the effect of combined external fixator on pain and quality of life in patients with distal tibia and fibula fractures.Methods A selection of 60 patients with distal tibia and fibula fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 and they were divided into two groups using random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with steel plate internal fixation and the observation group was treated with combined external fixator.The clinical indicators,pain level,quality of life and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The fixed time and healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and intraoperative blood loss was less than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative visual analog scale(VAS)score of the two groups was lower than that before operation,the quality of life scale(QOL)score was higher than before operation,and the change of the above indexes in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Postoperative complications rate in the observation group was 3.33%(1/30)was lower than that 26.67%(8/30)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined external fixation for patients with distal tibia and fibula fractures has less trauma,which can effectively relieve patients'pain,improve the quality of life,and has certain safety.
