摘  要:热管低温省煤器是一种潜在的燃煤电厂常规低温省煤器的替代产品,解决了常规低温省煤器的泄漏问题。文章通过实验研究了开齿螺旋翅片热管低温省煤器的换热性能。实验结果表明,热管低温省煤器在水侧入口水温为35℃时,有较好的传热表现;在一定工况下,热管低温省煤器存在一个优选的管内工质温度,能使热管具有较好的传热性能;对于本实验,热管铅垂倾斜15°和水平倾斜15°时传热系数明显高于其他布置方式。Thermosyphon type low-temperature economizer is a potential substitute for conventional low-temperature economizer in coal-fired power plants,and can be a solution to the leakage problem of conventional low-temperature economizer.In this paper,the heat transfer performance of lowtemperature economizer with slot-helix finned thermosyphon was studied experimentally.The experimental results show that thermosyphon type low-temperature economizer has a good heat transfer performance when the inlet water temperature is 35℃.Under certain working conditions,thermosyphon type low-temperature economizer has a optimum working temperature of the working fluid in the tube,which makes the thermosyphon have better heat transfer performance;as for this experiment,the heat transfer coefficient of the low-temperature economizer is 3-4W/(m2·K)higher than that of the other arrangement when the thermosyphon is inclined 15°vertically and 15°horizontally.
