摘　　要：以德为基石,能战为目标,培养高素质、专业化人才,是新时期军校任职教育建设发展的方向。为了实现军校任职教育的创新发展,应坚持以部队需求为导向的课程体系构建原则,突出强调教学内容的适应性、实践性、差异性和灵活性;坚持常、变结合的教学思路,加强“以学员为中心”的多种教学方法的运用;围绕教员队伍这一主体开展保障资源和管理体制建设,实现人力资源保障、物质资源保障和体制机制保障的良性发展。The basic requirements for the construction and development of the vocational education in military academies should be oriented towards cultivating professional talents with lofty morality and militant competency.Firstly,we should construct the curriculum of vocational education in response to the demands of the army,which highlights the adaptability,practicality,difference and flexibility of the teaching program.Secondly,we should strengthen the comprehensive application of"student-centered"teaching method,designing creative as well as routine instructional modes.Consequently,we should develop resources and construct a teacher-oriented administrative system to facilitate the teaching activities in an integrated manner.
